Each semester, AGS hosts a countywide convention bringing together chapters from neighboring colleges. Members engage in workshops, discussions, and creative activities that promote leadership, collaboration, and academic excellence.

Convention participation is worth 10 points, rewarding members who represent AGS and contribute to building inter-chapter relationships.

Since its inception, the AGS Convention has become a major highlight every semester, featuring guest speakers, themed workshops, and networking sessions that inspire members to grow beyond their campuses.
